Workshops are conducted either as live webinars or as courses that you can download to work through at your own pace.
For live Webinars, I introduce the subject, talk about reference photos and materials, show prerecorded demonstrations and answer your questions with the online chat feature. The session will be recorded and you can view it at any time later.
All past webinars have been reformatted and are available as DVDs.
Online classes or DVDs may be purchased at any time and are available to you from then on.

You can work on your own painting by painting along with the demo at your own pace, using the reference photos provided. Or use your own photos and apply the tips and techniques you have just learned. If you would like feedback you have the option of sending me a photo of your painting for assessment, or if you need help to complete it. Further online mentoring is also available.

Each online workshop provides 2 to 3 hours of quality art instruction. More in depth subject matter is split into two or more classes. The level of instruction is varied, with some aimed as an introduction to a topic and others geared to more experienced painters.
You will be looking over my shoulder as I think out loud and explain what I am doing for each stage of the demonstration. The discussion and demonstration will cover all aspects of the process.
You can watch this workshop on your computer from anywhere in the world. The event is scheduled to stream live via the internet at a specific time. All the downloadable course material is available before the event. You will not receive a DVD.
If you can’t attend at the live start time or are in a different time zone you can log in whenever it is convenient for you. You won’t be able to ask questions if we are not live but will still be able to see the whole workshop in its recorded form.
Once you register, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. Two days before the workshop you will receive the URL (link) and password by email. You will use this link to access the session at the date and time of the workshop.
No problem! You will be able to access the workshop at any time. You will be able to view it as many times as you wish for the next six months.
You will need a computer or other device with a high speed internet connection.
The workshop is accessed through your browser (such as Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox or Google Chrome). The video files are in MP4 format. You probably already have a media player such as Flash Media Player to view these. The latest version can be downloaded here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
You may wish to print off the materials list and other handouts before starting the class. These are in PDF format, for which you need Adobe Reader. This is also a free download.
Yes it will work with both and also your tablet or smartphone, if you have good internet access.
You will be provided with step-by-step instructions on how to log in. You can sign in 20 minutes before the workshop goes live. This will give you time to solve any problems.
At the side of the workshop screen there is an area for posting questions, which you type in with your keyboard. I will answer some questions right away, if the demo permits. Others will be answered at two question periods.
I always give a wealth of information in my workshops. You will receive downloadable material and all the benefit of my expertise as I lead you through the workshop. You also have the option of follow up input from me in the form of online critiques of your paintings or online mentoring.

Enter your information your name and email address and click PROCEED TO PAYPAL, even if you wish to pay by credit card.
Click on PAY NOW. You will then be able to choose how to pay. If you have a PayPal account enter the details and pay. If you don’t have a PayPal account click on “Don’t have a PayPal Account?” This will take you to the credit card option.
The only charge for the workshop is the initial fee.
