Classes and Workshops

Marianne has many years of art teaching experience, both for children and adults. Details of her teaching history may be found on the "About the Artist" page on this website.

Join Marianne for an inspirational journey in acrylics or watercolours. She teaches full day workshops for various art groups and organizations and week-long programs at locations such as Haliburton School of the Arts, Loyalist College and Southampton Art School. Classes and workshops focus on Flowers, Landscapes or Abstracts or sometimes a combination of all three in the longer courses. All levels of painting experience can be accommodated.

PRIVATE, SEMI-PRIVATE AND SMALL GROUP CLASSES
AT NATURE'S EDGE STUDIO IN SCHOMBERG
These only run at certain times of the year.

For semi-private and small group classes there is a minimum commitment of four weeks.

The classes run for 21/2 hours on a day of the week that is convenient for the individual or the group. These classes will be tailored to your level and to exactly what you would like to work on. This can be in watercolour and/or acrylics and can focus on any subject matter. The small group classes are designed to give lots of individual attention and encouragement so people can really progress. Demos will be given in every class and photo references provided.
